O procedimento, regido pela Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.133\/2021, adotar\u00e1 o crit\u00e9rio de julgamento pelo menor pre\u00e7o global e tem como objetivo promover melhorias estruturais, funcionais e de acessibilidade no edif\u00edcio, proporcionando mais conforto, seguran\u00e7a e melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de atendimento \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, servidores e parlamentares. O recebimento das propostas ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio no dia 18 de dezembro de 2025, \u00e0s 8h, com encerramento em 25 de dezembro de 2025, \u00e0s 8h, sendo a sess\u00e3o de julgamento marcada para o dia 26 de dezembro de 2025, \u00e0s 9h, conforme hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia.
